just switched over after watching googlebox and was about to watch The Last Leg. What am I seeing? Surely Jordan has to be in the one day squad for the World Cup.

Blimey what a watch that was. Billings put us in control from the 18th over. What a bowling performance to back that up.

Boundaries were small and everyone was saying England were below par!

With our second string doing so well it certainly poses some serious questions for our world cup squad.

Would love to see an England vs England warm up game before the squad is announced.

    Something like this.

    Hales
    Bairstow
    Denly
    Morgan
    Buttler
    Moeen
    Woakes
    Willey
    Jordan
    T.Curran
    Wood

    Roy
    Billings
    Malan
    Root
    Pope? Duckett?
    Stokes
    Dawson
    S.Curran
    Archer
    Plunkett
    Rashid

Only really one batting spot up for grabs. Sure I've missed someone.

Would pay some good money to watch that.

We actually did something similar before the t20 world cup that we won.

England played England lions and lost. It was that match which triggers getting rid of the opening partnership of Trott/Denly which really wasn't working and replaced it with Kieswetter/Lumb who were kwy to us winning that tournament. That change allowed us to bring in Luke Wright for Matt Prior and he contributed with bat and ball that tournament.

Genuinely think its a win win situation.

My WC 15 in bold. Harsh on Plunkett and Willey but the likes of Tom Curran and Jordan have been in great form recently and Archer has to be included.
