Norwich have never won a PL game on a Tuesday - their record is P-14, W-0, D-3, L-11. They won't get too many better chances of doing so than tonight given that they are playing a side in Newcastle who haven't won a game in any competition this season - coincidentally a run of 14 matches too.
A draw would maintain both records. And it wouldn't be the greatest surprise if it was a goalless one at that.
Based on the two teams' form it wouldn't surprise me if it was a -1 all draw!
You're like the archetypal goal hanger Bob. Someone else does all the hard work, sets you up with an open goal and then you take all the adulation from the crowd!!!
Apparently so if it also knows I need to pursue happiness elsewhere.
Are you sure you posted the initial comment on the right thread though?
Yeah, it doesn't sound true that a generally a bit downbeat football programme where they get relegated then lose a playoff final is feel good, bit then I do find it feelgood....

Evening Standard pulling out a random stat tonight. Benteke is third in PL history for most goals scored on a Tuesday (12). Only behind Rooney (13) and Shearer (15).
He'd have had one more if he hadn't missed an open goal with an easy header.
Jordan Ayew is a forward who plays for Palace, He hasn't scored in his last 43 appearances. In fact, he has hit the back of the net just once in the last 18 months (63 appearances)
