Was brilliant and thankfully only a handful went to taunt the away fans, which is spanner behaviour.
Agreed, and the prats just behind the away dugout who threw 2 bottles on separate occasions at the away bench were a disgrace. One narrowly missed the reserve GK’s head and he was incensed. McCann told the 4th official so that will be going in a report. Pathetic Millwall behaviour.
More than two bottles mate. I think it was further back as I was two rows back from dugout. Absolute idiots whoever it was
They were sitting in front of me. Looked like two lads, with their girlfriends and one lads Dad. Told them to stop being so twattish and 30 seconds later they were obviously spotted and dragged out of the ground like two lost sheep, leaving the Dad and the two young girls on their own.
One of them was in a white top, white trousers and white shoes. Stood out like lighthouse on a dark night. Fecking idiot.
Loved their goalie getting loads of stick to his face. Fuck em, they had plenty to say to the crowd during the game. Have some of it back. Great scenes.
I took great satisfaction from the devastation those mooks Butler and Wilks must have felt at the end the tossers! Butler's last career game too so extra satisfying.
Doncaster players reaped what they sowed at the end, no sympathy at all. Niggly, northern and chippy all night.
As for the pitch invasion being premature, we were celebrating getting to Wembley not going up. Its not like we could do it next Sunday should we win.
If not last night, when? If not the Valley, where?
It was a thing of beauty and I fell sorry for anyone who didnt feel the same outburst of uncontrollable emotion as those on the pitch and those rejoicing in the stands.

Sorry but don't like that, keep it classy when you win
Always feel sorry for the away team in situations like this, so close to Wembley and they don't get the chance to say goodbye to their fans properly, as they deserved their applause
Agree that Doncaster players and fans deserved to have a moment together.
But the keeper was winding up the fans in Covered End for a lot of the game and also deservedly got booked during penalties for continuing to psyche out our takers and refusing to stay on the line.

They were mocking and goading the north lower when they scored the equaliser and the potential winner....after that sod them. Hope that crushing defeat haunts their dreams for the next ten years.

Will be a few banning orders next season once identified
Thier attitude was summed up by the overused bad breath gesture whenever they committed a foul and trotted away smugly, now the dust has settled do I feel for them.....ha ha ha
There there was just a crazy moment I’m on the pitch, the Allez Allez Allez was coming up to the chorus, everyone on the pitch was bouncing and signing like I’ve never seen and I turn round and there is Naby Sarr just standing there on his own! Everyone was so caught up in the moment and singing they just ignored one of our star players!!!
absolutely mental. Helped my wife, kids and others over the fence and by the time I got over they were literally lost in the crowd to me with bodies flying from all directions. After a couple of mins of euphoria and searching for them I panicked a bit with what if my boys had come detached and I just couldn’t enjoy it after that so went back to my seat. Fortunately all ok.
As I said, the scenes were amazing, but a full invasion feels like something that should only happen if we either win a trophy or secure promotion. This felt to me a bit premature!
Mate we've been a joyless club for years. Last night's celebrations were well warranted regardless of what unfolds next Sunday.
Well in my top 5 moments of supporting this nutty club.
I initially stayed off the pitch because we ha e t won anything yet and I thought it was a bit premature as well.
However just watching it was such a buzz that I just wanted to take it all in and enjoy the spectacle.
Was going to stand and watch the scenes, then realised the stewards had stopped caring and there were families taking selfies on the pitch and... well, in for a penny, in for a pound! Just amazing. Never going to forget that.
It was the best Charlron pitch invasion ever - even better than the three promotions at Carlisle. So many people so quickly and all delirious. As Soundas or Oohah said "epic."
I saw a bloke go past me laughing with a load of mates, and I thought he looks a bit like Lyle Taylor. Then I realised it was and he was just being mobbed!

I was very impressed with how athletically my son vaulted the west stand fence and then side swerved the steward, who was still at that very early stage telling people not to come on.
He hugged Bowyer and Bauer and came back with a little bit of the Valley on his trainers.
Typical Charlton to be annoyed that our pitch invasion may have been unfair to Doncaster. Who gives a F, nasty twunts got what they deserved. Marquis' tears at the end were pure poetry.
Thought it was brilliant. Special moment for a lot of people and the release of emotions that have been forced to stay dormant for so many years.
Good point. I think that Lee has tapped into these pent up emotions and that is one reason supporting them has been speciall even with the twat still owning us

I don’t think you have any grasp on sportsmanship and being gracious in victory.
Nothing wrong with us celebrating on the pitch, but as a player you have to be big enough to shake their hands, wish them luck and let them share what was a very good performance with their fans. As a fan, applaud the fans who have traveled to see their team, and then get on with our celebrations.
It all all really comes down to how big a man you are.
Didn't make it onto the pitch, but it seems I'm one of the fee here who can count, so went apeshit when the penalty missed... No idea who the two geezers next to me and my mate were, but for about 30 second they were my oldest friends as we all bounced up and down together screaming. This will live long in the memory.

Crazy night

As soon as he missed that penalty there were no ifs or buts, fans came from all angles so quickly.
I was still trying to work out if we had actually won. Then I couldn’t get over the seats quickly enough.
A beautiful sight, very un Charlton like.
Well played Sir.
