Yes, Gascoine is a Person of Interest, but - even more than JVS - very good at covering his tracks and looking respectable. So far we cannot connect him to ESI although we think he is connected to JVS. Just not enough public leads on him.stonemuse said:

But it's just across the River Plate estuary from Buenos Aires. We were wondering if Uruguay provides tax advantages to foreign business owners, might anyone know?
