Ditch that stupid Robin and Knight .
Get Murray out of the Directors box
Regular meetings with CAST to discuss strategic issues about the overall direction of the club and how fans can contribute (which in turn would allow for AB contributions).
Major upgrade in resource for medical/fitness. We know that currently it has to get by on League One level money.
Get the training ground development back on track.
- Raised beds for flowers / Hanging baskets / Ivy: Externally, the ground looks rather austere.
- Increase the offer of plant-based food within the ground.
2 training ground
3 training ground
4 more storage space for the Museum
Improved medical facilities
Regular interaction with CAST
Invest in medical, sport science, rehabilitation, and psychological facilities and resources. This includes creating new opportunities, vacancies, partnerships, and research to develop a part of the club which will benefit and improve the whole club from first team down to academy level.
Start the build of the training ground development, let’s get that side of the club ready for category one status. With that, include the community trust in discussions of how the club can further benefit them. The more work the trust do, the better the community, the more involved the community are with the club itself, the more likelihood we will have young quality players join and stay in our academy - Karlan Grant is one example.
Support the management team by rewarding them for their hard work. With that, pay all staff a respectable salary that is competitive in professional football.
Organise and attend regular supporter meetings and events to listen, learn, and work together with us. By doing that, the club moves forward as one whole team, pulling in the same direction. As shown with our fight in the last few years, when we all pull together we are a force. Let’s get that force going in a positive direction.
Real ale
Hand driers that actually work
Start buying up property all around the ground in anticipation of the extra space that will be needed.
Do everything possible to fill the ground with realistic pricing - although in fairness I think it is pretty good at present.
The obvious is to get LB Jacko etc signed up on good contracts and the rest should just fall into place with the team.COYR
Commit to staying at and developing the Valley to 40k, no plastic super stadium/club pls
Level out/reduce ticket prices as of old particularly in the East, and commit to low keep ticket prices low(er) and catering
can't think of a third
Stadium tour on a Saturday morning.
A sensible plan for the future
2. Attractive pricing for matches to get more fans back (e.g make the under 21 be under 25 & over 65 be over 60 for next season).
3. Make sure the January transfer dealings prevent relegation this season.
The club to formally recognise the supporters trust as the clearly legitimate fans group with whom to liaise.
The club to legally separate the Valley pitch from the rest of the entity and give ownership free gratis to the Trust.
The training ground complete development as HI says above.
Finish the stadium (electronic hoardings, undersoil heating)
Re-integrate the women's team fully
Get rid of all pro-Dutchatelet elements. A completely fresh start. Driesen out. Keohane out. Murray out. Start over. Murray MUST go.
Sign promising young players on proper contracts.
Work on upgrading the youth set-up.
Create some sort of memorial or nod to commemorate the fan's fight to save their club.
When the current catering contract is up, do their best to get some decent beer and food
That in my eyes will always remain the first sign that something was not quite right about the regime
.
The club should embrace a supporter group be it the trust or a newly formed group to work together and reunite Charlton’s work ethic of being different to all other football clubs and not go down the route of XYZ United fc that so we’ll do it.
On a personal note, I’d to see the senior ticket price age reduced back to 60, this was another sign to me the regime was quite happy to capitalise on our older support group. I’ll possibly still not be able to attend as a season ticket holder but it would make it more affordable to walk up on the day.
