In the short term, outside of supporting Bowyer and the team I think bring back Floyd and Harvey (their departure was symbolic), Give the women's team a bit of backing and a kick of paint here and there.
Invest in changing the academy status to category 1 so our young players can't be poached as easily
Show some serious intent in January; get us an upgrade at left back, holding midfield and up front. Show the fans, the staff and other teams that this is a new Charlton to be contending with
I still don't get this hatred for Murray.Nobody here really know the true facts.Fact y though is without him we probably would not have the stadium that we all Love to go to.Look the guy lost his wife and has had serious health issues.Sure he has made mistakes - who hasn't.Lets move on and give the guy some respect FFS
Ha you say you don't get the hatred. Seriously you must live under a stone.

Give the knight and that Poundland Robin costume to Henry for the museum,

I'm taking it that is an attempt at a joke ? Where have you been the last 5 years and what has losing his wife got to do with anything ?

Painted on football shirts would def boost the attendances at their games. Good idea.
Firstly I’d like them to employ a team of specialists to give the club a thorough Deep Clean to remove anything that remains from that toxic regime, from TK to that chicken and the knight that are supposed to be mascots.
Then we allow Mrs @Fanny Fanackapan full access to a gardening team at Sparrows Lane to restore The Pierre Bolangi Memorial Garden back to its former glory. That in my eyes will always remain the first sign that something was not quite right about the regime
. The club should embrace a supporter group be it the trust or a newly formed group to work together and reunite Charlton’s work ethic of being different to all other football clubs and not go down the route of XYZ United fc that so we’ll do it.
On a personal note, I’d to see the senior ticket price age reduced back to 60, this was another sign to me the regime was quite happy to capitalise on our older support group. I’ll possibly still not be able to attend as a season ticket holder but it would make it more affordable to walk up on the day.
This! No joking, this would go a huge way to making me feel the new owners really understand us.
Keeping the answers broad, 1) Sort out the contracts for the management and players 2) Upgrade the training ground and longer term the academy facilities and coaching base to make it Cat 1 3) Before expansion plans, the ground needs a fair bit spent on it to bring it up to date, such as the toilets, the catering facilities, the dugouts (which don't meet PL criteria), the undersoil heating boiler etc. I imagine the previous scheme involving expansion of the East stand AND new boxes will be revisited too in the longer term
Scrap the Zonal price points for Tickets, and stop charging more for people who walk up to buy on the day.
Bar and Catering, an APP would be much better, people could pre-order on the smart phone and pay for Drinks and food , all you would need is a collection point.
- More cycle storage - for those who travel to The Valley by bicycle, and to attract others to do so. - Raised beds for flowers / Hanging baskets / Ivy: Externally, the ground looks rather austere. - Increase the offer of plant-based food within the ground.
Can just imagine the first board meeting.
Item 1 on the agenda today guys.........new 3 year contracts for Bowyer/Jackson and Gallen hanging baskets.

Get rid of the different ticket prices within a stand. Make it one price for an entire stand
Question & answer sessions on a monthly basis at The Valley
1) Buy a boiler and see if Duchatelet actually laid any pipework under the pitch.
2) Complete the training ground development that Duchatelet repeatedly failed to follow-through on.
3) Ensure we don't have to suffer Uncle Dickie any longer. The thought of him being made Life President or some other such honour would make me spew.
2. Sign some decent players and pay for them if necessary.
3. Put a sofa just under the North west
Introduce safe standing in lower covered end.
Review and improve the coach transport so it is more attractive.
2. Name East Stand -Curbishley Stand
3. Get rid of flag waving Roland Youth( it’s a memory of his term)
2. Invest in the (retitled) Junior Reds.
3. Win the Champions League.
Decent transfer window budget.
Reinstate a fan to the board.
WIFI
Make it easier to buy Tickets online, upgrade the software.
Make proper decisions
Make us proud to support Charlton
