If we assume that the football team will be reasonably funded, contracts etc, I would like to see..
A properly resourced supporters engagement department responsible for ensuring complaints are dealt with quickly and to a satisfactory standard. As well as responsibility for organising inclusive social events for all Charlton supporters.
Revamp the fans forum so it's actually fit for purpose (and compensate people for their attendance).
A supporters skills bank, where people can commit time and skills for adhoc club projects, whether that's helping stuff envelopes, leafleting, consulting on IT infrastructure, designing of promotions and marketing campaigns etc. All this work should be paid at market rate, but it would be so much better if the people doing it cared.
Supporter engagement and involment are key but I don't think the Abu Dhabi royal family should be using a supporter base as unpaid labour.
1) Transparency - clear open and honest communication from board level to the fans.
2) Some kind of Fan Zone in the West stand car park - beer tents, street food etc etc.
3) Complete removal of reminders of the previous ownership - EG, Murray not involved. If he want to come and support the team he can just buy a ticket like the rest of us.
1) make the Valley even more affordable - free kids season tickets with an adult season ticket, make the east and west stands more affordable, adopt the Bradford model and let’s fill the ground but not dilute the atmosphere
2) whilst it’s a lot better encourage more people to go to away games, stop the nonsensical coach set up and build a loyalty system where people that puts the miles in get vouchers for the club shop or money towards home cup games - bring back away season tickets and reward those people that buy them
3) it’s not necessary just yet but I would love to see the East Stand done up with another tier, more corporate boxes, better facilities etc, the away fans can lump it for a few more years
Get a football for a fiver match in before the end of the season. With the fans onside and helping with ticket sales, as we did before things went wrong, it would more than likely sell out.
- More cycle storage - for those who travel to The Valley by bicycle, and to attract others to do so. - Raised beds for flowers / Hanging baskets / Ivy: Externally, the ground looks rather austere. - Increase the offer of plant-based food within the ground.
Oh if our new overlords are investing "serious" money, abolish Valley gold in its current format. Maybe give the money to a charity to support ex players who need help?

Better leave Richard Rufus out of that idea - he needs £5.3m!
Hanging flower baskets outside all the entrances. Pot pouri and air freshners in the men's toilets. No standing in the ground at any time. No singing rude words. (yes I know that's 4).
Ha, I can wait for the takeover and first press conference with the Chairman. So Matt what will be your priorities ? Perhaps signing up Lee Bowyer, JJ & Gallen? Then Lyle Taylor? Nope, I want to sort out some flowers and look into improving the ladies team. I reckon that's what Gallen was telling him as well.
Make it compulsory for all season ticket holders to go to a minimum of 5 away games further than 100 miles away (encourage with free travel) from The Valley
Invest in changing the academy status to category 1 so our young players can't be poached as easily
Show some serious intent in January; get us an upgrade at left back, holding midfield and up front. Show the fans, the staff and other teams that this is a new Charlton to be contending with

Bring back a fan on the board or at least work closer with CAST.
I think restoring the Bolangi garden is also a must.
Dedicated fans section for activities - not just a few tents in the car park
season tickets prices that get bums on seats
2) invest in the playing staff (as above)
3) Avoid relegation
5) finish the training ground
6) expand the capacity of the Valley to 40k

Decent pies/food in general
Cheaper kids kits
Bring back Floyd and Harvey

Cancel Naby Sarr’s contract with immediate effect.
Sign up Bowyer, Jackson, Marshall, Gallen forever.

Introduce a "Gentleman's Lounge" with subsidised beer, quality bar snacks and Tina Turner's available for a tenner.
(Well, it's a no more ridiculous first wish than "cycle storage"!)
Take the FA cup seriously
Rick Everitt as CEO.

Make all matchday tickets £10.
Take 50% of the bar prices
This would make a real and tangible statement to the fans.
