Pearce gets a yellow for following through with his challenge - given where his legs ended up, I wouldn't have been too surprised if it ended up as a red
Taylor manhandled when more or less clean through but gets a lecture then their fk. Then Pearce gets pulled in box, no fk but their guy claims pen. Now Pearce gets card for follow through at least a yard from Swansea guy. Crap ref.
Lord Bowyer will read them the riot act at halftime and tell them "the deal is done we got tons of money you can all be replaced by next week now go out and score at least three or I will be ticking your names on the coach after the game".
All joking aside, Bowyer has to be careful now. If there is loads of money (in relative terms), he can't afford alienating half the squad who feel threatened.
Am I the only one who saw nothing wrong with that Pearce tackle?? Players follow through all the time, what matters is he got the ball first.
Have you been locked up since 1993 :-)
You can’t follow through with studs up anymore. There is zero chance the ref won’t blow for it so you are just giving the ball to the oppo and risking a card / worse. Needless

Poor clearance from Ben Purr in the build up.
HT.
Only one goal means were still in this!!

I remember playing in the 70s when you had dozens of tackles like that per match. Refs are soft these days.
