If you check the Wednesday forum, a few of them are saying they think they lost the arbitration. This was to determine whether the EFL have acted legally. The total points the league can deduct is 21. Birmingham were deducted 9 last season but this was a lower figure because they admitted guilt and co-operated. Wednesday have not done this and it is likely they will be docked 12 points with 9 suspended. That would put them on 33 points and in terrible form (they were 3rd at Christmas). I would say this would be a fantastic game to win and more important than Huddersfield.
We should officially hear the outcome this week apparently.

Excellent.
Let’s go there and bring home the 3 points and see them drop into the relegation zone by this time next week. Another team between us and the drop would be perfect and put us in a fantastic position to get to safety.
After playing us and Derby at home, who they have on Saturday, their next 7 fixtures in all competitions are: Man City - FA Cup Brentford (A) Forest (H) Bristol City (A) West Brom (H) Swansea (A) Preston (H)
Yes Bowyer likes to freshen things up, and we have a number of players coming back from injury, but it slightly baffles me why so many of our player seem to struggle with playing full 90s, and midweek games as well.
Looking up Ollie Watkins for example, not only has he played every league game for Brentford this season, scoring 21 goals, in nearly all of them he played the full 90 too, the earliest he's gone off was in the 82nd minute. Indeed Brentford have 9 players who've played over 30 matches this season, when we have just 2 (Lockyer and Phillips)
Wolves have played more games than most, especially with European games, and I think you will find, they have used less players than most in the Premier league
Both defences struggle to keep a clean sheet. Sheff W can’t go scoreless forever. We have picked up a bit of form but can’t see us scoring two or more.
Like most on here, I would like to see Taylor and Bonne start together, but will Bonne be fit enough for at least 60 minutes, no point starting him if not
Might be a silly question, but given the fact we're playing in Sheffield Wednesday night and Huddersfield Saturday, would the team stay up North for a couple of days rather than travelling back to London Wed night/Thurs morn then travelling back up Friday?

Because we have had to operate on a lower budget, therefore signing more/relying on injury-prone players (Williams, Page(!), Solly); elder statesmen (Kayal, Hemed, Pratley); a cycle of loan players to be rotated; and we also had an unprecedented injury list due to horrific luck at one point.
Combine this with the intense counter-attack Bowyer often likes us to play, and we would burn out after about 75 minutes - even with a fit squad at the start of the season.

Just don’t go up there and play like we did at Stoke or concede an early goal
1-2
Sheff Wed won 3
drew 3
Charlton won 2
we’ve won 2 FA Cup ties there in that time
Fear Bowyer will set us up to try and contain them for the first 30 mins in the hope their crowd gets on their backs, which is the wrong approach.
They are on a poor run and we have Taylor on fire plus most of our first-choice team fit so we should be positive and go at them from the off.
If we do that, I expect a score draw at worst and three priceless points at best!
Will be wearing the same red coat tomorrow night as then.
Would be fantastic to get the same result.

Taylor with both...
