  • Just picked a kids home shirt up for £20 at Bluewater Pop up. Bargain.

Was it just the home that was £20?

Odd that they price the shop and online differently... (home shirt is still £27.50 online)

It's kids sizes for £20, also the same online.

They will regret that purchase when the drugs wear off

Yesterday I went into the shop pre match and as ever decided it was a load of over priced tat and left empty handed. Post match on the wave of euphoria I thought sod it I'll go back and get a shirt [£45]. It was shut! I know there are staff costs etc, but surely I was not the only one that was ready to make an impulse purchase on the back of enthusiasm. I'm now back into over priced tat mode.

The Valley Superstore, Ticket Office and the stadium will close at 3.30pm on Wednesday, July 1st, owing to England's World Cup clash with DR Congo.

The Valley will also close from Monday, July 13th to Wednesday, July 15th to carry out essential electrical works. During this period, there will be no electrical power at the stadium, meaning the Valley Superstore and Ticket Office will be closed.

They’ve moved the payment kiosk which made the queue system really bizarre- no one really knew where it started.

    not much real difference otherwise

Posted on the kit thread. Received the new away top and faulty, was an online order. Phoned the club shop and they said there is nothing they can do its outsourced online.

Sent two emails and nothing back (not even an automated response). Pretty disappointing given it was £65 with delivery, won't be buying again.

Fingers crossed I hear back on how to get my refund.

Do you use social media?  If you do post pictures on there and tag Reebok and the club in, always works.

I'd be emailing fans@cafc.co.uk to say how poor that is. They won't be able to help but they should log it as there's no way whoever is running the online shop will admit to mistakes. It all helps whenever contracts are up for renewal

That's disgusting, I have no doubt what you have been told is correct.  If so, that is ridiculous.

    Supporter Liaison Officer

Supporters can liaise with the club on day-to-day matters through Charlton’s Supporter Liaison Officer by emailing fans@cafc.co.uk.

Contact the above, they should be able to sort this out.  If it is a permanent thing somebody is based at Valley Central opposite the club shop on a matchday between 12 and 12.30   Should you not be able I'd phone the club and try and get through to them by phone.

If you used PayPal a return/refund should be straightforward.

I do but it seems to be via Shop, disappointing and won't be getting another

Edit: You can do a merchant complaint via shopify about 'Shop (outsourced provider) and it takes 14 days for a RESPONSE! WTF

Remember to not use the refreshment kiosks to avoid further upset.

    It is a Bank Holiday.
  • Ordered a shirt online for my mum's birthday - fit is too small for her liking. We couldn't exchange with the stock in store either 🤦‍♂️
