Too many good ones, but agree that Robert Plant had fantastic range, great subtlety and feel, wonderful sustain, accuracy and a great sense of melody, he committed to the song and has emotional authenticity. Ultimately it is a matter of personal taste and choice. Unlike many I don't especially (from an earlier era) rate Frank Sinatra for exaample, but see Elvis Presley as close to one of the best ever.

Who can say if Plant or Rogers were better than Jon Anderson, Barry Manilow, or Gary Glitter?
If it's favourite, then you are correct in your call.
Personally, I preferred Dave Vanian, David Byrne, and John Martyn.
End of discussion.

Good list, although I'm surprised you didn't include Freddie Mercury.
