    Absolutely this. Your card arrived yesterday. These cards are the gift that keep on giving.

    Spoke to dad last night and he read.out the message from Vienna_Addick. He was very moved yet again by the effort from an exiled Addick going that extra mile (show off) 😁

    Dad remains shielded and he is so grateful  for the generous spirit shown to him by our fans.

    We talked about recent times in the media and social tension and he reflected as an old fella with more life lived that I, that despite our differences of opinion (yes, even on Charltonlife), we can all pull together for the common good 'whenever we choose it' and sometimes a small gesture of kindness will be remembered not just on that day but for a lifetime. 

    Dad wanted to say this,

    "Welcome back to football, to all of my Charltonlife friends."
