Now another round of telling people to turn off their mics and cameras...
They really should have done it on Zoom so that the court can switch off mics and cameras of observers themselves. Zoom has been fairly standard for court hearings, not sure why Teams was chosed for this one.
Just log out for Christ’s sake. An adjournment because of technical issues would be a bloody disaster
Being logged in won't be an issue. Those in the lobby trying to get in are the issue - but those managing the lobby can see who they are - so should know who is VIP and who isn't. I think the issue is clerks not knowing how to manage a Teams call - which isn't their fault - it's the fault of HMCS.
Yes please just leave it. You don't have to hear every word, there will be a report, we really need this to go ahead.
But why not. This is the British justice system & everyone has the right to see/hear what is happening. In real life you would probably have to lock the doors & turn people away, but as its being held virtually surely that makes it even easier to let people "into" the hearing.
Its not CAFC fans that are the problem here. Probably down to Teams or whatever it is that is delaying it all.

Flooding the stream just increases the liklihood of an adjournment. Especially if you don't know how to turn your video and mic off.
People asking for the link to be posted but I'm not sure it's a wise idea when I want to get in to report it, and it seems the numbers on there are preventing that.

The fans were invited and joined as per invite.
