Judge said he was absolutely satisfied that Chris Farnell had engaged in a conflict of interests.

Surely the SRA have got to take notice of that.

The judge’s summing up was very similar to Lord Sugar’s when he has 2 or 3 of the candidates back in the boardroom before he sacks one of them. Every other sentence I thought it was going for or against us ((ESI).
