Seems like he’ll fit well with the role. He will have a huge range of connections and networks that could be used to increase the club’s profile and in turn, finances and reputation.12 -
Played 7 games for Birmingham apparently.0

Yet another very welcome sign that Thomas really means it when he says he’s here for the long haul and with serious ambitions. Like Ged Roddy, a strategic appointment of high quality.3

When are we appointing Keohane's replacement23

Good on paper but can he sign a pitchside advertiser on a cold rainy night in Stoke?19

Sounds like a sensible and, no disrespect to Ravi who's done a great job, necessary appointment.
Ravi has been commercial manager during all the lack of and mis-management.
Now a commercial director has been appointed senior to him.8 -

He's called Wayne? Anyone who's called Wayne, then it's a no from me.

Looks like an excellent appointment.
I would point out it says he's worked with all those top clubs not employed by those clubs.
So he may have just done some deals/work for them short term.1 -

Excellent appointment. Another sign of the commitment and vision of our new owner. Very positive and encouraging. Putting the off the field pieces into place are as important as the on the field pieces. This really is good news. Thomas is filling all the gaps that are a leftover from the Duchatelet era.4

Good appointment, two things, stick with Hummel, and looking forward to the electronic advertising boards round the pitch6

Setting the foundations in the background to allow the footballing side to prosper on the future. TS is definitely showing he's in for the long haul here.
These acquisitions behind the scenes show more intent than the player acquisitions.6 - Sponsored links:

This again feels similar to Ged Roddy’s appointment, setting the foundations behind the scenes with experienced and quality individuals. People who should be able to implement the vision and strategy off the pitch to enable us to grow and become successful on the pitch.
We are so lucky to have Sandgaard, I really do believe that.3 -
good addition for sandgaards vets team when we have the tournament in denmark1

The question is why would he leave his own successful agency to work for a league one club?
Perhaps the ambition and financial backing of TS makes it a good move for WM, as with Roddy.
He mentions the All Football app. I've never heard of it but sounds big.
He then mentions blue chip companies and partners which I guess will be his aim at Charlton.
How possible or realistic is that in league one or even the championship.
It is certainly thinking big from TS.
I look forward to our official airline partner, car partner, soft drink partner, etc etc5 -
What a difference a month makes.
The takeover, nine players signed and the appointments of Ged Roddy and this new guy show that T.S certainly means business.
So different from the wide boys and chancers that have fleeced the club in recent times.
Its a bit difficult for a old git like me to believe its actually happening after waiting 60 years for someone to come along that actually wants to care and invest in our club.
Thank you Thomas Sandgaard for giving us hope after years of darkness.

It's all very well having a great CV but will he have the expertise of Southall in ripping clubs and people off, that's what I'd like to know?
