When and if Elliott put money into the club it was before TS was around so I would have thought he should go after Nimer, good luck with that! Can't see why it should fall to TS to cover Elliott's mistake!
If he paid money into the club without a charge against whatever security we were left with after RD, MS etc had finished with us, then more fool him. How many people would provide unsecured funds? And surely, if he gave the club a considerable amount of money, he must have the proof? At the very least a statement showing money being transferred from his bank account to the club's account?
Practically on your last legs, give up the chase PE. You tried a dirty trick and it uncovered itself as one. You're chasing shadows for a pay off but you're chasing the wrong people now.
"Why hasn't anyone come to me and made an offer" - Shows he is just in it for the money, in black and white right there. Just wants to be paid off by Sandgaard.
Playing devils advocate here, as I’m an outsider looking in and don’t know all the details, but if it’s proven that PE did put half a million in to keep the club afloat, when Nimar clearly wasn’t bothered about it, why is he being so unreasonable to expect his money back, and even a bit of profit? Would you write off half a million?
I mean, it looks like Nimar has come out of it with a bit of profit, and he never put a penny in?
Sandgaard has previously said that anyone who deserved to be paid, would be paid. There were also reports (not sure how true) that he did in fact offer Elliott a pay off, but Elliott wanted more.
Sandgaard doesn't actually have to pay Elliott, Nimer should be the one paying Elliott. Obviously though he's disappeared away into the arabian desert and Elliott knows he's got zero chance of anything through him, so he's now scrambling around trying to get something out of Sandgaard.
For Talk Sport, Charlton athletic are their Soap opera with more villains and chancers than East Enders. Jim White who befriended Duchatelet is just the presenter who loves to know everyone and yet have no capacity to understand the nuances of the discussion.
Luckily for CAFC fans, Simon Jordan does understand the complexities of being an owner and by dealing with the hard headed businessman, the late Ron Noades, learnt that millions can be lost in chasing the dream. By being a failed owner SJ can see these characters for what they are.
If it was only White and a token Ex footballer on Talk Sport this morning, Elliott would've gone live and spouted his garbage. As it was the Knowledgeable Jordan it would've been like Boris Johnson having an interview with Jeremy Paxman or Andrew Neil before an election. Too effing risky, and Elliott would have been knocked out or Jimbo White would have stepped in to stop PE taking any more blows.
Had Elliot(t) passed the EFL tests he could well be in a different position now. The fact is that not only did he not, but he doesn't seem to have put any effort in to resolving the issue. Even though his camp said it was a minor (MINOR) admin issue. And even though it was stopping the club putting a decent squad together for this campaign.
Even though he has eventually won the court case with Nimer by default, he could have strengthened his case in previous hearings by passing those tests. It can only be concluded that he has been aware for some time that he can't pass them. What other explanation can there be. Why he would want to own the club when the result ultimately would be its expulsion from the league needs explaining.
Buy Valley Pass to win a range rover - Farnell's specifically! - I AM DEFINITELY GETTING INVOLVED IN THAT DRAW! (Will need full valet mind, as it's likely quite dirty).

The trouble is the lawyers' time is costly, so as he intimated just now on TalkSport, he may have to pay them off to go away. I love that the Range Rover in the competition was Farnell's! This guy has the touch! We may even get some more supporters out of it as more people will but Valley Passes. I just hope it goes to a genuine supporter
Asking Jim White what he thinks of Farnell. TS is a legend. Surely, Farnell will be sued on next. Well done once again to Simon Jordan.
Asking the prat White what he thought of Fartsmell, of course he wouldn't be able to answer, he would have to check with his boss first... oh hang on there, that is Fartsmell ain't it, awkward moment
Paul if you did put any money in all you have paid for is a few range rovers for your mates. In fact hopefully you have paid for one of those Range Rovers for me, would love to win one. Piss off now Paul
"What do you think of Chris Farnell, you've been in the game longer than me? You've known him for years, I've just got to know him from the start of this process" Hahaha nice one TS!

Jim White didn't manage to get an answer out
Said Farnell was basically saying pay him to make the injunction go away back in September.
Farnell had one of the Range Rovers.
Farnell still making claims for monies and this is part of the play.
How is the complaint with the SRA going?
Simon Jordan fully understands what is going on.
Loads of claims coming in for money from friends or family off previous owners they are dealing with.
