I know it's been covered many times before but still feel aggrieved having to pay a £1.50 card fee even when using my cafc cash, total of £11.50 for 1 game is steep!
I've ended up just paying the £10 and keeping my CAFC cash
If this on Sky then surely it is cheaper to just get a 1 day Now TV pass for £9,99 just before the game kicks off then you have access to other games (not that there is much) on the Saturday as well?
Sky really dont care about League 1 lol, coverage for a Premier League game normally starts about 45 minutes before kick off, if its a big game sometimes even an hour, we dont even get half hour coverage pre game lol, Sky Sports coverage starts at 7.30 factor in the adverts they will cut to at around 7.40 means there is around 10 minutes pre match coverage

I believe the first part of the Valley Pass preview is free so you can watch that until the Sky coverage starts
The list of overseas countries where you might be able to watch via a Valley Pass purchase is wrong. I have tried watching (ahem) from a service in every one of them and they have never worked, costing many a £6. My advice is to try to buy the reported £9.95 one day service, although I have never had Sky myself, so don't blame me if buying that service is so convoluted and incomprehensible you are unable to do so. Hidden away in a purchase like that would be a demand for passwords, personal information for future bombardment, a record of your blood group, a clause that says you have to cancel your agreement hidden away and so on. I would suggest getting a younger person to do it if you can, especially a younger person who doesn't mind spending your money.

I've used the 24 hour Now TV pass for £9.99 a few times. Very straightforward to sign-up on laptop and then watch on TV (if you have a smart TV). Bit of a faff signing onto the TV but works well enough. You get all 11 channels for the day.

There's bugger all worth watching though, just a couple of L1 matches.
I get very confused with Valley pass - last few times I used it I just clicked on link 10 minutes before the game and paid online and the video started, now it is telling me I can buy a voucher until 10am tomorrow if I am a season ticket holder.

CAFC CASH deadline is 10am tomorrow, it should be possible to purchase by cash later.

The list says Valley Pass will not be available in Portugal, the EFL in reply to an e-mail told me this:
Our overseas broadcast partners i.e.
Eleven Sport will only purchase rights for particular matches and will never
have the rights to all Championship or League One matches. You can view the
international TV picks on our website at: https://www.efl.com/clubs-and-competitions/tv-games/international-games/. If Eleven Sport have the rights to a
particular Championship match then this will not affect your viewing on Valley Pass
of Charlton’s match. The only matches affected on iFollow (or Club equivalent
service) overseas are the specific matches where the rights have been purchased
overseas.
Eleven Sport are not showing any UK game on Friday night, so why is Valley Pass not available?
I have alternatives to watch, so it is not a big deal, but it is so confusing...
Has anyone else had @seth plum experience, and forked out, only to find that their VPN couldn't connect via any of the countries listed? I certainly did not have this problem last season, and am banking on it working tonight.
What VPN you using Seth? are you sure it is working? One way to check is to do a speed test while it is switched on. If you use the Ookla speed test, it will clearly show you that it is routing you through a server in your selected country.

Friday's production will include:
- The Valley Pass Live pre-show, half-time show and full-time show
- Pre-match and post-match interviews with Lee Bowyer
- Commentary from Terry Smith and Greg Stubley
- Live, multi-camera high definition coverage of Friday's game
Worth £11.50 just to get a decent commentary even if you already have Sky.I have tried watching (ahem) from a service in every one of them and they have never worked, costing many a £6.

Him and Curbs will be replaced by Mark McAdam from Sky Sports for tomorrow and Rochdale with Carl Leaburn in the studio

I bought a programme at the same time, so only had to pay one £1.50 charge
