    We've got ours this year, but last year's didn't arrive becasue we'd moved house. Club sorted it quickly though once we told them. Sounds like it could be same this year - though databases really should be able to cope with change of address!

    We do? I didn't know that! Bit random though as we are not at the start or the end of the alphabet, yet my friends with H and W surnames have theirs!
