BTW .... who do we play on Tuesday?

    Portsmouth? ;)
  • Another good cross from Gunter.
  • oooh it’s a corner
  • Northampton 1 Portsmouth 0
    2-0
    3-0
Great, but don't forget we have them at home next week
  • Gunter crosses, I can't see who to, and we have a shot but a deflection wins us a corner
  • That looked a foul on Pearce if anything.
  • How was that a FK against Pearce!!
  • This is not a classic, is it?

Most interesting thing is trying to work out where all the cars behind the goal are going.

  • Oxford manage to clear, and after a bit of messy play Pearce concedes a free kick near the edge of their area. Comes to nothing and the ball goes to Amos.

Could be .... except we've already played them twice.

    Do you want another go?

  • Not see a lot of positives in this so far, other than we are not losing.

Yes please, especially if they're losing 3-0 ;)

    More importantly:

Who nicked the stand from that end so that you can see the cars?!
  • This game is there for the taking though. Oxford look just like we used to under Robinson - neat and tidy but a bit blunt. We’ve been much the same at times this season too to be fair.

As long as they are not going in front of the goal  :)
    1. 38'

      Post update

Foul by Liam Kelly (Oxford United).

    2. 38'

      Post update

Jake Forster-Caskey (Charlton Athletic) wins a free kick in the defensive half.

  • Famewo looks like he's tripping over his own feet but recovers to get the ball back upfield, but Gunter loses possession.
  • This is turgid really isn't it? They can talk it up as much as they want on Valley Pass, but both teams are pretty shit

  • Iv got a double overlapping commentary

They are all getting 'vaccined' .... as my neighbour's kiddie says.

  • Hate watching games when its sunny... Can barely tell whats going on when they're playing out of the shade
  • Iv got a double overlapping commentary
Does it make it more interesting?
  • Watson nicks the ball in the centre circle, and we do some good work down the left but the cross goes straight to their keeper.
  • 41' Amos parries away Brannagan's effort at his near post. #oufc 0 #cafc 0
  • Millar over complicating it - just get the cross in.
  • Eek! Brannigan comes down our right, but Amos parries the save and we hoof clear.
  • I’ve seen us play a lot worse recently.

JFC doing ok and Washington having a decent game. Chuks has been anonymous but I can see our game changing as soon as Stockley comes on.
