The AEW Grand slam card is mental. It's like a PPV.
I'm surprised they've gone with Omega vs Bryan so quickly but I'm still looking forward to seeing it
Was watching this week’s Dynamite last night, and it really hit home what a great job they’ve done building the roster they have.
In nearly every segment there was someone who could legitimately be a top main event star.
This week was the first time I’ve watched an episode of Dynamite (rather than YouTube clips), having given up on WWE about 5 years ago. I was really entertained and impressed. A big week of shows next week - I’m not sure my missus will understand why I’m watching wrestling at all, let alone every night of the week 😂
I watched the latest episode of Dynamite last night. It was noticeably better than the one I watch a few weeks ago and like a different show to the one I watched about 6 months ago.
I would go as far and say it was the best TV wrestling show I have seen for about ten years.

Glad to see you've been converted
I wouldn't say I have been converted it's just significantly better and the stuff I really don't like wasn't on it. No pockets, no Jelly, no stunted growth (in the ring) it didn't even have the bucks on it. Even Omega seemed to take it seriously.
There were no staged dives into a group of people that happened to be waiting to catch them. At all. That says a lot.
Fantastic news. Well done AEW. Also puts to bed the myth that Martha doesn't want Owen's name to be involved in wrestling. She was right to snub WWE so they can't cash in on his legacy.
His charity will get a lot of exposure from this too.

Also Owen in a modern video game!!!!
She has already done darkside of the ring and worked with wrestling ts. It's Vince she hates, not wrestling.

Very true but some people won't let the truth get in the way of them bashing a widow. Some wrestling fans could get their own episode of Dark Side of the Ring.

The dives are one of the worst things in modern wrestling IMO. It wouldn't be so bad but it's on every show, in both AEW and WWE and it makes me cringe every time.

I get why people do it in two bob outlaw mud shows but it looks bloody awful on TV, especially when the producer goes to a shot of the heels and faces just standing there. Even JR has been banging on about how bad it is for 2 years.
They had good people that knew how to do it and how to agent matches since they went on TV. They either didn't listen or didn't even ask. I am. Not sure which is worse.
I didn’t think it was too bad. They actually attacked each other’s characters and tried to make it compelling. Though the whole Playhouse/doll stuff is rubbish.
I still can’t watch an RK-Bro segment without winding through it as a result of cringing too hard.
Punk got it right, how do you follow that first match, even with the disappointing and predictable no contest finish? The rest of the show seemed a bit flat after it
The show was OK, nothing more or less. Enjoyed the Danielson/Omega match.
I think they missed a trick in capturing the size of the occasion. For anyone tuning in who wasn’t otherwise aware, you wouldn’t have realised it was a ‘special’ Dynamite in a 20,000 seater stadium.
AEW have a good record though for delivering when they need to, and I expect something big could happen on Friday.
Big miss of the night for me was the Cody match. Cody has go away heat with me, Black was actively having to slow down and carry Cody through a few of the spots, and I just can't suspend my disbelief in his matches. Also didn't help that Arn Anderson slipped on the apron just before the weird bump he took, it added nothing to the story or the match.

Don't rule anything out.

It seems 1500ish people walked out of the live RAW on Monday night during the Charlotte segment...
Edit I am not implying the 1st part is related to the second!!
😂😂😂😂😂
If you know, you know.
