MJF is another level. The small things he does like go under the ring to pull out a bottle of water and get the fans to move before throwing Danielson into the ring and flipping them off are superb.
Insane that they are still having them but they are ideal of MJF who doesn't break kayfabe. I hate seeing the likes of Jericho exposing everything. Does anyone else keep kayfabe on it?

TBH I only watched the MJF one. Blood on his face, a white towel over his shoulders, un tapping his hands, "shooting" on Page, shilling his snacks....
Same as me, but ended up listening to it whilst working. All in kayfabe bar Tony. Was decent for that reason but not worth going out of your way to listen to if you've seen the MJF bit which is worth going out of your way see.
I know it’s become quite trendy to knock AEW on a range of things nowadays, but they deserve a ton of credit for finding such a gem and letting him be the absolute best of himself.
He's on course for being the best ever. The ironman match and media scrum afterwards were superb. Probably the best ever match in AEW and best ever ironman match.
Meanwhile Cena saying they pump in crowd noises for Austin Theory sounds like a burial.

One thing that's shocking, to me anyway, is how good he is (at the fundamentals and the psychology) when you consider how little he works. He has only had 55 matches in AEW since it started.
Someone like Cena or Lesnar would have been having 5 matches a week in OVW.
It's really remarkable how natural it all is for him.

Especially when the likes of The Bucks were his superiors. Selling his knees after a tombstone so there was no need for a 2 count made so much sense. It's also not Danielson carrying him to a great match, the bloke has it all.

I have wondered whether he has some sort of ongoing injury issue that he needs to handle, which explains the lack of matches.
The three months that he took off in the middle of last year after the ‘pipebomb’ promo were never properly explained. I guessed it was a way of writing him off television to get something done.
Either way, it doesn’t really matter because he is must-see television regardless of whether he’s wrestling or not.

In that category of low to mid level where I usually will just fast forward. Same with other generic wrestlers like Riddick Moss, Mustapha Ali, Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler etc.
Can someone explain what the rules were for the 3 v 3 v 3 main event on dynamite?
The Young Bucks were involved.
They went through such a contrived way to set up the forced tag (which actuallymade sense and the 3 v Jericho tahe was very good), then some random that "accidentally" happened to be in the ring, who couldn't have possibly been the legal man, got pinned about 30 seconds later. Which made a complete mockery of the set up.
As an athletic spectacle it was pretty good and told a couple of half decent stories, as a "professional wrestling" match it was shocking.
It wouldn't be so bad bar the fact the only match on the card they even pretended to enforce any rules was a 1v1 match that involved 6 people and 2 foreign objects.
The young bucks are good acrobats but they're not pro wrestlers. You watch an over the top 80s action film like Commando went Arnold kills 50 people with a machine gun that should be on a tripod and feel nothing, but you're on the edge of your seat as Jack Nicholson shades after his wife with a knife in The Shinning. Without Psychology you have nothing. I can't watch a young bucks match.
Seems WWE has taken a slight dip as well, although that could just be because i'm bitter about Sami. Why isn't Reigns on at least once a week? I'm liking the build up for Rey v Dom though.
Just catching up on Dynamite now. Loved the opening MJF segment with the three others. The hat and the sunglasses 😂
I thought that was brilliant, got the other three over as well. The you deserve it 👏 was good as well.
Thank you, screw you (cos only the plumber can say fuck), bye then through cake... who says Corny isn't relevant 😜
I have said it before and will say it again this program goes from the best of midsouth and the attitude era, to the worst of WWE, to outlaw mudshow BS, to Russo booking WCW and back in 2 hours every week.
And to think there were stories going round earlier this week that he wants back in and Dax was advocating him, and saying how much he misses wrestling.
I'm not sure there's many more bridges he can burn right now

Punk is a top attraction but let's face it, he's a bit of a twat

Has there ever been anyone better, as an all round package, at 26 than MJF? I don't even think the Rock was this good, then.
Lesnar ticked lots of boxes but not as a package like MJF is.
He doesn't look as legitimate as someone like Lesnar.
But as a package he is up there with the all time greats. At 26.

Discuss?
3 of them got more than Savage Steamboat.

The pictures of Maximania 13. 😳

But the common denominator always seems to be him…
