    Fantastic that Johnnie is staying to learn off a guy who has a football and a life philosophy which gives a positive message.

    We all need to enjoy being Charlton fans again despite football being a results business.

    A great appointment imo. Proven record of getting out this league, getting into the premier league and developing young talent. Ticks all the boxes - and he seems like a really nice guy to boot.
