I was thinking the exact same - Bowyer, for all of his strengths, was v stubborn tactically... refreshing to have a manager who can counter other teams' set-ups by changing formation rather than just yanking players off the pitchLeuth said:Adkins has SO much more footballing erudition than Bowyer. Bowyer will 100% have to take credit for some of Albie's development - especially his defensive side of the game - but it does feel a little criminal that he was never given a run of games.

Congratulations @robroy. Washington had to go off injured in the first couple of minutes, DJ came on for him. Miller's put a couple of good crosses in for Stockley and DJ to score, either side of defensive lapse for the Dons equaliser. We're looking much better going forward, but the same old defensive frailties are still on show, partly due to our slightly lightweight midfield.
