Maatsen heads clear, but it goes straight to Coyle, although he has to play back to his keeper under pressure from Washington.

When we had games in hand over Oxford a lot of people on here said they won't be a problem, and o said all Karl will care about it is the fact they already have the points on the board and the pressure would be on us to then catch back up. Nd that's what's happened, they've got the points already and relied on us to slip up, which we did, and all they need to do now is better Portsmouth. That goal that Crewe scored when we couldn't hold the ball in the corner with 30 seconds to go, was the biggest single point I can point to that has led us to this moment
Not the missed penalty against Oxford then?
That stands out as well, but the Crewe game was more recent and the extra 2 points there, so late in the season, with momentum, it would have made the last couple of games a lot easier

Or the penalty miss against Peterborough

    Fuck off wilks
Is that the fella who Inniss shrugged off and he made a meal of it
I just got red carded by the Mrs for shouting get up you c**t

    ffs
That’s him. I used the same profanity as well and the Missus did the same to me. Personally I think it’s important for our 18 month old daughter to learn as many words possible at a young age.

Attempt missed. Lewie Coyle (Hull City) right footed shot from the right side of the box is high and wide to the left. Assisted by Mallik Wilks.

Amos comes out of his area to clear, Stockley heads on and Washington can't quite get it before it goes out for a goal kick.

Superb winning header by Stockley and Washington nearly got on the end of it.

Fantastic crossfield pass from Greaves to pick out Wilks on the left. Wilks takes on his man and eventually plays it back to Coyle, whose cross is over-hit.

That might not have ment 3 points, or even 1.  The Oxford one was the last kick of the game and ment they couldn't get in the play offs today.

Another terrific diagonal, this time from Docherty, to find Wilks on the far side. Wilks' cross is too strong for KLP.

Ball comes down our left to Wilks who just manages to keep it in, but when the cross comes in to the box it's overhit and goes out for a goal kick.

But we could look back on a number of moments in the season

As could Portsmouth, as could Oxford, as could anyone

Does my nut in when people try to blame one incident on where its gone wrong

    For those needing some positivity.

All good, so far. Oxford will now sit back and let in a late one. Portsmouth will panic and push up too far and get caught on the break. We have weathered the storm and will do a ‘Lincoln’ on them.
Only to throw it away with a 94th minute equaliser

Another switch of play, from Whyte to Wilks, leads to a corner. Elder's delivery is headed over by Wilks.
