Spurs v West Ham Arsenal v Sunderland Brentford v Chelsea Liverpool v Leicester
Arsenal always get easy cup draws.
A lot will depend on how seriously Chelsea and Liverpool take it. If they field weakened teams like they did in the last round then they'll both have a tough job against sides who you'd expect will play close to a first XI.
Liverpool have asked for their Semi-Final tie against Arsenal to be postponed after a rise in the number of COVID cases at the club - the same competition that Leyton Orient got thrown out of last year for the same reason

Rules are different in the later rounds though.
However it's pretty pathetic that Liverpool who haven't cared about this cup in forever and have nearly always fielded kids, suddenly care enough to want the game called off.

Rule 1.1: "We must protect the bigger clubs"
Just make them play their kids again like last season when they cared so much about it

Sarah and Mane away on AFCON duty and suddenly Liverpool have a rise in COVID cases
Wouldn't be trying to delay as many games as possible until they are back would they

Liverpool have temporarily closed their first-team training centre amid a "rapidly growing number" of suspected Covid cases, with assistant manager Pep Lijnders the latest to have to isolate.
A decision on their request to postpone Thursday's Carabao Cup semi-final first leg at Arsenal is "still pending".
"Multiple" new suspected cases have been recorded in addition to those from Monday and Tuesday.
The training facilities will be closed for at least 48 hours.
I completely get why Liverpool will get stick over this, especially when they've never cared about playing kids in this cup before. Let's not forget in 2019 they played kids in a quarter final v Villa because the seniors were at the club world cup.
But would people honestly rather see them put out their U18s and get smashed 6-0? As a neutral, i'd much rather see two competitive games of football, not a first leg hammering and a meaningless 2nd leg.
They haven't said Shrewsbury will definitely go ahead, just that it is still planned to go ahead. But if a game is off tomorrow because of covid cases, then those cases won't be available on Sunday either, so surely that game has to be in doubt as well.
Also for everyone saying they should just play their kids it's worth noting that their FA Youth cup tie which was scheduled for Friday has also been postponed because of covid.

In which case Liverpool would need to be kicked out of the fa cup surely, Shrewsbury are playing every midweek until the 4th Round apart from next week(when Liverpool are playing in the carabao cup) so they couldn't play before the 4th Round.
But no doubt big team bias would come in again and they would force Shrewsbury to play Saturday- Tuesday- Thursday- Saturday just to fit in a 3rd round tie for Liverpool if they did postpone Sunday

Some of those players may be "cleared" to play by Sunday, ditto Klopp himself

Hope its rearranged for after AFCON. The thought of a potential NLD final is making me feel queasy.

Happy to play kids v Shrewsbury but not v Arsenal
