Palace getting every decision here. Zaha and Ayew are two bellends of the absolute highest order.
Sickening the amount of decisions they get. Zaha just run his boot down the Everton players Achilles. No action. Zaha would have been on the floor crying for 5 mins if it had been the other way around.
Will never understand the Biesla hype. Playing one way in every game doesn’t make you a good manager.
I do get what you are saying. Bielsa would rather stick to his values than try and play like Burnley for example. And I have total respect for Dyche when I say that. In this form and with their resources City would take apart a lot of teams.
There is the other factor and that is injuries and squad size. The ages of the players on the Leeds bench tonight were 19, 19, 19, 19, 20, 20, 20, 21 and 31 - with Klich being the only player with any proper Premier League experience. They have a small squad anyway and were missing Koch, Cooper, Strujik, Phillips, Rodrigo and Bamford. Let's also not forget that last season with those players available and playing the same way, Leeds took 4 points off City as well as drawing against the other three top Premier League sides.
I think that is why those Leeds fans were still there singing at the end. Because they know where they've come from and what the alternatives might be. A new manager who will play the percentages and try to eek out results whoever the opposition is. That's not Bielsa. Which is why they love him and as long as they don't go down they will still be happy.
I fear Football will be behind closed doors again soon
I don't think it will. If you have Covid then you stay at home, if you don't and you're double vaxxed then you go. Especially if this is a milder variant.
If anything its the players testing positive that will most likely effect it, rather than the fans.

How many that have covid a) know they have it b) will do the right thing and stay at home.

I think that was the point of the post. Lots of games now being called off & I wouldn't be surprised if football is suspended by xmas/new year due to players testing positive.
Thats an absolutely disgraceful decision. VAR should be ruling stuff like that out, that was what it was brought in for. Disgusting. West Ham down to 10 for Coufal making a slide tackle and winning the bloody ball.

Dubious penalty/ Red, however before that Arsenal were the better team. If anything it lifted West Ham for 5 minutes, but probably the second best performance from Arsenal this year and West Ham rarely troubled. (Spurs being best)
I thought they might knick it before the match or a draw but a bloody good result considering West Ham have beaten Liverpool and Chelsea both not so long ago, i know they have a couple of injuries but they were good at the back it was going forward where they struggled. Whats happened to Antonio? burnout, i would guess with playing a few in the Europa.
Thought Martinelli and Saka were very good too, pace and getting back as well as West Ham Struggled with them going forward.
David Moyes said after the game he felt the penalty decision was correct.
perhaps he was being ironic ?
He seemed completely genuine. Said it was his player's fault for not making a clean tackle and gave the opportunity to give a penalty. Very refreshing to see a manager do it to be honest
PL might as well take a break this weekend and let teams try and get some of their players covid-free. 3 games already gone this midweek and surely if teams are calling games off midweek, then they're probably not going to be able to play in 3 days time either which means more postponements.
Scheduling is going to become a mess, you could have some teams with 3-4 games in hand by the end of the weekend.

Massive inconsistency with stuff like that.
Fans fine but players not.

Why are you all complaining?
