  • If both teams agree  ??

Surely it's up to the ref.
  • Ludicrous that they have stopped playing. Light is perfectly ok.
  • Never seen them being offered the light in football before. Think umpire Deans got his sports mixed up
  • I'm gonna be calling that Sargant goal overrated for years.
  • 1,205,675 (including me) captained Dennis on Fantasy Football this week as Watford play twice...

    Game one - red card
    Game two - suspended

  • Assuming there is no miracle in the last 10 minutes, Watford’s last 8 home games have been 7 defeats and a 4-1 win against Man U
  • Sacking Xisco looks even more stupid now than it did at the time

    Ditto. Fml
  • Floodlights failure at Carrow Road. Another betting scam...?
Probably be better to have done it at Vicarage Road
  • Ranieri gonna get sacked surely

  • Fulham 2018/19
Promoted under Jovanavic who was sacked on the 14th November
Ranieri was then in charge between the 14th November and 28th February, when he was replace by Parker

    Watford 2021/22
Promoted under Xisco who was sacked on the 3rd October
Ranieri was then in charge between the 4th October and ???
  • Just saw the save of the season.

    Pickford keeping out Watkins.
  • Buendia. One of the shortest players on the pitch with an amazing header. Fantastically worked corner
  • Everton fans booing Digne who was basically frozen out by Benitez…makes sense.
  • I know it won’t happen but I’d love Everton and Newcastle to both go down.
Just for the mayhem it would cause the championship next season.

Ah, the blue half of Merseyside won't like that: they've never been relegated and have been a "top" team for around 150 years, or so they say.
  • Even with VAR there’s huge debate/doubt over two Premier League winners today.
Newcastle and Man United goals both being questioned by pundits.
  • Xhaka gets sent off for that tackle by the Southampton player.
  • Probably should have been a pen to City imo. The VAR clearly shows the defender standing on KDB’s foot. But the VAR decision that comes up is “foul outside the area by Romeu” ?
  • Good that someone stops the City steamroller

If they do then Sky's scheduling would be easy.

Really don't get the debate about the Man U goal, yes it was close but it was clearly onside and it was exactly the type of goal people were complaining about being disallowed last year.

Human nature to moan about referee's but I do think Shearer especially just deliberately disagrees with any borderline refereeing decision to try and cause controversy, you can guarantee if that goal had been disallowed he'd be moaning that referees were ruining the game and it should have been allowed.

Consistency is the issue though. They can’t say Man Utd’s goal was onside yesterday, but Wolves 3rd goal was offside. Either VAR says they’re both off or both on. Looking at them, I can’t see how they’re seen as different outcomes.

The Wolves goal was tight but it was offside, the replays showed his foot was ahead of the defender which by the letter of the law was offside. I think decisions like that the officials are criticised either way, if they allow the goal someone dissects the replay and shows it was a Millimetre offside and people complain. If they disallow it people complain that it should have stood.

  • Argh, Palace v Liverpool on Sky.
Is it possible for both teams to lose?

I’ll be watching Leicester v Brighton instead.

  • NINE GOALS WENT PAST PERRY...

    Please God!

After that the Mickey Mousers can do one.
  • I’m happy for the Mickeys to win this one.
They’re not winning the league now, so Nigels being miserable is the order of the day.

Burnley remind me of Stoke back in the day. Kicking players around the pitch and getting away with it because the referees don't want to send players off.

    Deserve to go down.
  • See VAR are under scouse control today.
