To have a couple of weeks of training and basically come back doing the same bad things does not bode well. There can’t be any excuses for zero improvement. I’ve given our Nige the benefit of the doubt but would be hypocritical to say he needs any more time, because the same shit is happening when I was quite happy to see Bowyer leave. Only at Charlton can this type of shite happen continually.3

Does Adkins pick a team then tell them to just “play football” and leave them to work it out? Still no sign of a plan, style of play and relationships between the players. Not convinced we’ve got any fitter either, we can’t press effectively yet everyone does it to us.
Said at the time I’d have put Washington on for Lee, both offer energy and movement. However playing the way we have it wouldn’t have made a difference.1 -

But I struggle to see the logic in saying give the job to Jacko and Euell given Jacko has been involved in the last three coaching staffs, all of whom have fallen apart, especially tactically. I want him to succeed, and succeed with us. But the timing may not be right.3 -
