NoOooOoooOOOOOO Ruuuuuaaauauuuauunnnnn. Sky and BT can filter out football fans chanting obscenity’s, can they do the same for that?0
-
Labuschagne pulls Stokes towards leg gully and the ball landed JUST short of Pope's hands. Another let off.0
-
Starting to get away from us now. Need a wicket urgently.0

Could be 50 for 3 but no......a bunch of people sitting in the dressing room know better than the captain out on the field.0 -
1.30 & off to bed. We've had our chances to get back into the game but a no ball and fielders standing too far back has meant we have let them steady the ship & build a partnership.
Expect them to get a first innings lead of at least 150.....probably 200+
No worries Anderson & Broad can dig us out once we go 1 nil down.0 -
Woakes has Warner beaten all ends up but just missed catching the outside edge.0
-
Leach goes for 17 in an over!

17 off that over from Leach...0
-
That Leach over is enough for me for the night...0

We haven't had the full set yet - no drops so far!0 -
50 up for Labuschagne0
-
Having Leach in ahead of Broad is the real crime here. On a bouncy pitch Broad I can confidently say would have had at least 2 or 3 wickets by now.1
-
And Stokes is injured now. Him out of the next Test really will cause us selection issues0
-
100 partnership between Warner and Labuschagne0

113-1 off 31 overs and just 34 behind
Our seamers have bowled OK but the scoreboard reflects our misjudgement plus a bit of good luck and ability to hang on in there on their part - Labushagne doesn't average 63 in Tests cricket without knowing where his off stump is and an absolute masterclass from him this morning - survival mode 'til he was in and then looked to take the game away from us. Almost all of our batsmen could learn from him.

Lunch. 113-1, 31 overs
Warner 48 n/o
Labuschagne 53 n/o0 -
Sorry I'm not accepting this focus on our so called bad luck. Stokes landed over the line. The slips were too far back. Both episodes were down to us not luck. Warner played and missed on the odd occasion but if that is all we can hang our hat on as being unlucky then we really are in trouble.0

This is going to be ugly.0

148-1. Australia pass our score with nine wickets in hand.0

Apparently Stokes overstepped on the previous 3 balls. Had just one of them been picked up Stokesy would have adjusted his run and goodbye Warner.0 -

166-2.
Labuschagne out for 74. Slices a Jack Leach delivery harmlessly to backward point.

Wood reviews a not out lbw call to Smith but it’s hit his pad outside off stump.
Next ball, Smith calls a suicidal single but Malan can’t throw down the stumps at the non-strikers end. He would’ve been out by a mile.0 -
189-3.
Wood gets Smith! Edges behind to Buttler for 12.1 -
193-3 at tea.
Warner 94 n/o
Head 0 n/o0
