Baffling why Zak is available this week, but not last week.
It will be interesting if the Surrey duo Pope and Foakes play again.
Pope and Foakes rested now we have won the title.
Interesting that in an interview Pope said he specifically went to the England setup and requested to play for Surrey when the plan was originally for him to have a rest. Not sure if Crawley did the same.
What I don't understand is why (in your case) Pope and Foakes NEED resting. They're not playing again for 2 months
Interestingly Broad is playing for Notts against Durham, but Lees isn't playing for Durham.

Foakes didn't play a single game in the Hundred or Royal London meaning that he had played three matches in the previous 8 weeks!
If Warks get 24 points, that'll get them to 144, so we need 11 points for safety. 3 bonus bowling points plus 8 points for the draw after it rains for the next 3 days...

10 points would do it because we've won more games if it ends up 144 each.
Sadly the weather forecast for the next 3 days looks fairly good, so we're going to have to bat well. A perfect time for Zak to cement his England tour spot with a ton.

I don't think Crawley has to do anything to cement his place. His feet are well and truly in concrete so far as that is concerned and that "stickability" is based on potential rather than achievement.
At what point do we bring on the spinners to catch up the over rate? I don't know if other counties have the same problem, but Kent regularly seem to have to do this
So Billings has confirmed that he will be going to the Big Bash followed by the UAE comp but not to the IPL so will be available from the start of next season and wants to get back in the England Test side hence Robinson's departure.

As I thought. His only chance of an England spot is in the Test side now, so we will see him in red ball much more often next season. Especially as unlike with the white ball England squads, he won't be away carrying the drinks. He'll either be with Kent on in the starting 11 for England
