Really sad to hear this. Ran into Nick and Ben, along with @SoundAsa£ at the protest in Sint Triuden a few years back when I was wandering around on my own ahead of the protest. They took me into their group for the day and couldn't have been more welcoming.
Hope those who were close to him, especially Ben are doing ok. Its always a tough time losing someone important.

Lovely to hear from you mate, yes that was a great day in St Triuden.
Never had the privilege of meeting Nick, but I hope Ben and the rest of the family take pride and pleasure that Nick was so obviously much valued and loved on here and within the wider Charlton community. RIP Nick.
Oh my. What a massive loss to the forum. Funny how you can end up feeling you know someone well if they post regularly on here, even having never met them. My condolences to Nick's friends & family. RIP
So sorry to hear the news - enjoyed Nick's postings here and had met him a few times as well. "Lovely cheerful guy" sums up my memories of him too. Rest in peace, and my condolences to his family and friends.
Was going to say previously but it didn't feel appropriate but I hope he enjoyed his Christmas Bols. I will get myself some this weekend and raise a glass in your honour @Addickted
UNBELIEVABLE...... Had got to know Nick over the last 30 years ,forget where we first met but think it had something to do with Sevenoaks supporters club which he was a big part of. Sat next to him in the covered end when we returned to The Valley in DEC 92.
BEN you know we could speak for hours over your father,so just at this time both my wife and myself wish you and all your family much strength.
