  • Like the changes, concerned with the lacking bench options.

Shame for us, as a Club.
  • Minto doing Chelsea Man C on Talksport today
  • Weird line up, don't like Hendo in goal at all.

    Glory hunter.
  • Why drop Purrington ?
    Why play him?
  • No striker on the bench, with only an inexperienced one and one who can't do 90 starting?

    Doesn't make much sense.
  • Buckled and got the stream. Not sure on line up though some changes and freshen up was definitely needed. Would rather have had Lee on the bench and Gilbey a bit further up but we'll see how it goes.

Happy to see Chuks and Burstow up top, hope Washington can come back into the squad for the next game.

  • who is the striker on the bench to replace Chuks?????????

Because he's the only one that gives us any resemblance of balance. Playing a full/wing back on the wrong side rarely works but hopefully today is the exception.

Because the alternative is Souare or Matthews out of position?

Like the idea of Burstow and Chuks up front.

They both know where the goal is.
Sounds like a positive pairing but, never played together as far as i know, and one days training?, hope it is a good partnership and gets us the win we desperately need..
  • I'm not sure Steve Jones looks a natural at this TV stuff.

Sitting like he's about to have a scary dental appointment.
  • Davison seems to be warming up with the others.

If it's anything like the (large) company I work for, MacKeeper's now starting 12 months' paternity leave.
  • Appreciate that some changes were needed bit concerned that we have got ourselves into a position where we are hoping Albie is the answer when he has shown so many times that he isnt. Chuks always had a great impact off the bench but starting is also a concern, can he last 90 minutes? Nobody on the bench to replace him. In JJ we trust hopefully his changes pay off

  • Hope we get a result otherwise there will be a lot of questions for Jacko.
  • We've needed these changes and sadly it shows the strength of our squad.

Not much goal threat on the bench. Davison isn't great but I'm surprised he's not been on the bench for the last 2 games
I can't remember but had he played since he had Covid?
Norwich less than a week ago.
Yes thank you and that 1st half against Wycombe that I had tried to forget.

And we don't know if he was ill or not.
  • Gallen spot on with what we need. So potentially 3 more in and 2 out (probably youngsters)

    Such as?

The changes are enforced by injuries and tiredness.

    Really hope everyone shines.
  • Has Steve Jones been smoking 40 a day since he retired?
  • Minto doing Chelsea Man C on Talksport today
So he's been dumped from the big game here and reduced to presenting some minor league game
  • I think we will get back to winning ways today. The performance midweek was so woeful there has to be a reaction. Couple of goals for mason today I think 1-2 win or even 1-3 if Chucks is in the mood
  • I can't see either Chuks or Burstow lasting 90, we could ideally do with 2 strikers on the bench really
