Tuchel is to the England team what Starmer is to the leadership of this country.

Thought I’d throw a bit of politics into this.
Grim experience being in the Holte End and listening to non stop chants about Starmer. It's boring
No, you just didn’t like hearing how much hatred there is of your hero.
I was also in the Holte End yesterday and by looking at some of the people constantly singing about Starmer - I’d be amazed if they could string a sentence together to fully explain why they were doing it.

It’s a very weird fanbase at times. And I say that as someone who actually follows England home and away regularly myself.
A very strange fanbase. From happy clappy family types with their names on their flag singing along to the band's rendition of great escape, to nerds collecting their caps and new countries to extremely 'patriotic' drunks.

What has happened to Germany in the past couple of years?

They're fall from grace reminds me of the Dutch.
  • Scotland really aren't much of a draw for a crowd.

Danes have gone in front against Greece who put 5 away against this Belarus outfit last week.
  • Israel v Italy is mental

Kosovo with a huge win at home to Sweden
  • Greece 0 - Denmark 3. Bacon sizzling, Mythos fizzling. Makes up for the 0-0 vs Scotland.
  • Now 17 countries qualified as Morocco won their African qualifying group on Friday with 2 of their 8 games still to play.
Up to 18 qualifiers today after Tunisia also win their group with 2 games in hand, although in their case they've played 8 of 10. No real shocks about the first two qualifiers from Africa, but with 9 to qualify this time there are some relatively unfamiliar names among the countries still in contention.
  • You also need to factor in Saka, Palmer and Bellingham being back at the World Cup. Not to mention Stones alongside Guehi instead of Burn.

Still not sure who sits alongside Rice in midfield.

Is the Mainoo experiment over? What’s happened to Gallagher?
I think come the WC, assuming they're all fit it'll be a midfield three of Rice, Wharton and Bellingham
