Going to change my earlier comment. FIFA want us out, so finish a game at 2pm the hottest part of the day makes sense 😉
22C it will be warmer at Wembley.
BBC weather saying 21C. What is Gary Neville on about? Mind you BBC weather not saying any thunder storms either!

People that live in Mexico are saying it will be 22C. It will probably be warmer in England at the middle of the day.

It would seem you're not even allowed to tackle Messi without giving away a free kick!

As I've said before, probably the most overprotected player ever, literally breathe on him too heavily and they give a free kick against you

Mental to think that England haven't played Argentina during Messi's run in the team.

Is it? Only chance is World Cups. I bet the odds of England playing Argentina over the last 18 years(ish) would be fairly low

Last time we played them was the friendly in 2005 (we won 3-2). Messi was playing in the u20s then, and won the u20 World Cup that same year.

If somehow Cape Verde win this, would that be the biggest upset in World Cup history? Bigger than the USA beating us in 1950?

Yes it would knock out the defending champions and arguably the best player of all time in his last tournament, by a team who’s never got close to qualifying before. Even Cameroon 1990 wouldn’t match it.

Keep giving away free kicks to Messi in front of goal. He doesnt need too many go's before he scores one.

Even taking Argentina to extra time is an incredible effort for Cape Verde
