    Strange that ITV don't seem to have been given decent replays of the Egypt penalty shouts.

    Whereas they have loads of the Egypt disallowed goal.

    I don't think it's rigged. We see bonkers decisions every week. It's just good old fashioned incompetence.

    Not aimed at you Damo as I can’t remember your view on this (if you shared it at all) but plenty were saying there wasn’t enough contact for the Mexico penalty but now are saying any contact in the box is a penalty

    The trouble is, rightly or wrongly, referees have said that they treat fouls differently depending on where they’re committed.
    With the one on Salah, if they give the foul, they have to give a penalty. There’s no way that gets given because the contact isn’t enough for him to go down. Let’s be honest, if the move hadn’t ended in a goal, we wouldn’t be talking about the challenge half as much. And if they had given it, we’d all be saying it was soft.

    Sure, we all do but we’re also all humans who make errors. Get rid of VAR and the errors become more palatable

    McCoist called it straight away but unfortunately he’s not the ref. 
    Mark Pougath also said if they go back any further for the foul we’ll be in the last World Cup.
