Most pleasing thing about these friendlies is we have a way of playing. Very clear that.
It’s not just lump it and hope for the best.

Loved Carlo but if had the close ball skills of his son the World  would have been his lobster.

Commentator saying that we've looked the better side since we went 2-0 down.

To be fair we've probably looked the better team all night

Wonder goal from Sears, sloppy Goalkeeping for the second, and Colchester really havent bothered us that much

Bloody hell Miles knock off the scoring or you’ll be off to Stamford Bridge before the away kit is released

4 goals for our our rubbish attacking reserve team.

Worth noting that Leaburn has two assists and a goal tonight (at the right end)

Isnt just someone being in the right place, right time

A balmy night in downtown Hampton. 2-0 to the home side at half time and well deserved.

Wonder how experienced this Colchester team is... Or whether this is a repeat of playing Dartford U18s now

He's working hard to be in the right place at the right time.

Second game in a row, complete turn around second half, seems Garner must have a great half time talk in him, Morgan is everywhere

Clayden gets into some good areas but his crossing is hit and hope. Needs to practice after training so he can put it on a sixpence if he wants to stake a claim as left back cover let alone dislodge Sessingnon. And as for Albie, ain’t seen nothing different yet if he’s to be a regular in the team.
Great strike Albie I knew that comment earlier would have the desired effect 😁.

Not surprised he scored just surprised he got it on target!

It's been a while but I'm back.... impressed by Leaburn tonight with his attacking game. Defensively.... he's young ha!

Morgan has played well in my eyes and it looks like he may have something to offer this season.

Pleased that the 2-0 down side were given the chance to turn things around, and took it.

Not seen us dominate a team like this for a while where they basically cannot even keep the ball.

Guess it’s a bit like us 2nd half against Killy where we changed team against an 11 who had been playing a whole half already.

No sign of any improvement from Gilbey in these friendlies I am afraid. Time to go surely.

I was a Garner fan before he was even linked with the job but if he gets Albie scoring goals like that he can have my children!

I loved us knock it around for 20 passes just now, until it reached Gilbey who IMMEDIATELY gave it away. Yeah he's scored (fouling his man), he's done absolutely nothing besides
