O'Connell is so important in how we play. Looks an excellent signing
He improved a lot the last 2 or 3 matches. Looked really poor in his first couple of games.
    Probably adjusting to playing LCB.
  • Strolled around for 80 minutes. If we'd shown this much intent before this,we'd have won this game. 2 points dropped against a limited side. Not good enough today.

Second half feels too much like last year, not much enjoyment to be had.

Thank you all for the updates.

    Feeling considerably less than gruntled...
  • Ref was horrible
  • At least we didn't lose. Frustrating though after the hope engendered by Tuesday against Plymouth.
  • Why do we never ever ever get a last minute winner?

Unfortunately, I fear this is going to be the story of our season!

A fantastic win midweek, then we let ourselves down today!

Paper over the cracks ‘goal wise’ Tuesday, has been exposed again today- need more options off the bench, particularly to be able to take stockley off
  • Ref really affected the game, but we were not at it.

  • Frustrating. Had a strange feeling of one of those days right from before kick off IMO.
  • Cambridge's result @ Portsmouth maybe didnt help today.

They needed to show up after losing that one 4-1 themselves, and certainly came out second half playing better

Agreed, there was no urgency in our play, think CB’s had more of the ball than anyone else.
  • That second half was dire.
  • Back down to earth for all of us. Will need a response against Wycombe next Saturday as they’ve just beaten Barnsley 3-0 away and will be feeling good I’d imagine

He really pissed me off for large parts of the 2nd half.

Their decisions often frustrate me, as think a FK that isnt deserved can have a knock on effect to a goal etc. even if we have plenty of time to deal with it regardless (that Fulham goal in the Premier League rings a bell) - But his decisions whilst really annoying had no impact in the overall result.
  • Thanks for the updates everyone.
