    You have to put your best taker up first. Guarantees you use them and gives you the best chance of getting off to a good start. Worry about the 5th penalty once you've actually got to it.

    You have to put your best taker up first. Guarantees you use them and gives you the best chance of getting off to a good start. Worry about the 5th penalty once you've actually got to it.
    1st, 3rd and 4th should be your best 3 takers.
