Can now see what seats you've been allocated if you check your ticket purchase history
I can't find the purchase history tab. Where is that?
Hover the mouse over your name top left and click on tickets. Should be there

Went there today - they have the paper tickets but are not selling them at the window until the end of the week (hopefully).
Logic gone out the window - maybe trying to get a big attendance v Lincoln by getting everyone to make the trip.
It will be carnage on Saturday as people try to sort out tickets 3 days before a big away game.
Match day deal - 12 soggy chips with every ticket purchased/collected
  • Got mine went for the unreserved safe standing option
Safe Standing "seats" are still reserved places, it's not an open terrace where you go anywhere

Not bad that, some good pubs in Manchester two in particular are The Britons Protection and Peveril of the Peak....about 3-4 mins apart. These 2 are a good 45 min walk from the ground if you like to walk but there's also the tram....can get busy mind.

Some had speculated that we could get up to 10,000 in total (so 2,500 more) but I’m not sure that was confirmed. I don’t think we’ll sell out the initial 7,500 anyway.

So, how many left to go on sale tomorrow, anyone know?

Also, apologies if I've missed this, but what's the clubs plan to get the tickets to people given the problems with the post at the moment?

    Cheers

Plans? There were no stated plans other than select collect from the valley whereby they’ll email when ready. At some point they said or collect from old Trafford - though was never an option.

lastly post, I think given some people have started seeing seat allocations I can only assume some are being dispatched.

someone posted earlier that they went to the ground to purchase that the club have the tickets but are not releasing them yet ?!?

    Ticket distribution/collection

The club are still waiting to receive tickets for the last eight tie at Old Trafford but wanted to make tickets available to supporters as early as possible.

Fans purchasing in person at the club's Ticket Office or selecting collection at The Valley when purchasing online will not be able to collect their tickets until the club have communicated that the tickets are ready for collection via email.

If you aren’t sure if you are opted in to the club’s emails, and would like to be, please email tickets@cafc.co.uk.

Tickets will be posted until Thursday, January 5th. Anyone purchasing after this date can arrange a collection either from The Valley or Old Trafford.

    Thanks.

So the plan is that the club will email people to let them know when the tickets are ready for collection? I was going to go down there tomorrow to pick up a ticket in person, but it sounds like they wont be giving them out and I'll have to wait for the email instead.

I mean. What could possibly go wrong?!

‘Tickets will be posted until Thursday, January 5th. Anyone purchasing after this date can arrange a collection either from The Valley or Old Trafford.’

So if you haven’t got a ticket yet and want to collect the tickets at Old Trafford you’ve got to wait until Friday 6th January when they may have sold out!  To be on the safe side you’ve got to buy tomorrow when you’ll be subject to the vagaries of the postal system. Terrific the way that’s so unpredictable at present. I hope they’ll have enough staff manning the phones on Monday afternoon to deal with those people phoning in to say their tickets haven’t arrived 😏.

You can opt to collect at The Valley when buying now - what’s not yet clear is when you can collect them.

What the above means is that if you opt for posting they won’t post after Thursday.

Can’t believe that nearly two weeks after the draw a Club the size of Man Utd haven’t got tickets to The Valley yet. Either someone at The Valley has ignored an email or something or Utd sent them by Hermes and they have been chucked over the back gate of number 8 Harvey Gardens.

If Charlton havnt received the tickets yet how can they have allocated seats to fans as people have claimed?

Trouble is @AirmanBrown it’s a 400 mile trip for me to collect at the Valley. So if I don’t opt for posting will they be sent to Old Trafford then?

I’d buy now for collection and email you want them sent to Old Trafford as you can’t collect from The Valley. They will be sending tickets up there - they just won’t want to encourage it at this stage.

Quick question - I need to buy 4 tickets tomorrow when they hit general sale. Reading on here, it seems people are being allocated their seats after purchase. How do I ensure my four tickets are located together?

Have a feeling you can only buy two tickets during general sale

Yeah, I’ve asked my father in law to register an account as we were going together - is there any way to ensure the two he buys and the two I buy are together??
