I've actually reached the "anyone but City" stage now. It's not because I dislike City or Pep, it's more that it's really unhealthy to have one team winning the league year after year after year.
I do agree but there's also the fact that if City win no one really cares as not many people know City fans.
No one likes Liverpool, and i assume most don't want Arsenal and Arteta winning it, plus both sets of fans are idiots.
I don't see Villa having enough to win it, Spurs neither, and the longer United go without getting back to the top the better. They had 20 years of success so let them have 20 of failure.
good coverage on Amazon Prime this week, it's sometimes good to switch to 'stadium sounds' and cut off the all too often inane and endless match commentator and his/her/their ? sidekick
West Ham and Everton show the indefinable but vital merit of doggedness to win their games .. Cittee without Rodri to both cleverly command the midfield and to commit his seemingly endless fouls to stop the flow of the opposition, look vulnerable, Haarland has either been sussed out by a few defenders or has lost his edge Man U are not as bad as is perhaps generally thought, Liverpool keep on excelling under Klippity Klopp .. Arsenal have the priceless assets of good fortune, skill and determination to keep digging in to the final whistle (what a revelation is the expensive but increasingly priceless Rice for them) Spurs need to learn that pretty football without defensive nous is not enough in the modern game, Chelsea need to spend less on 'hope they will be good' and more on established players .. Forest look hapless, Fulham and Brentford perhaps improving but pretty stable .. Villa are the surprise of the season, they play scintillating stuff at times .. Konsa at right back is a revelation
EDIT .. forgot Palace .. classlessness is permanent lol ..

I've nothing against Arsenal, no more than any of the other Big 6 clubs.
I loved in when Leicester won, I'd love it if say Villa were to win this season, but other than that wouldn't be bothered if Liverpool or Arsenal were to do it.
Only 1st half and Liverpool will go up a couple of gears 2nd half but Palace do have a hard working team who do the basics well despite being short of Eze, Mitchell and Olise.
Still except 0-2 but impressive closing down by the Surrey club against superior talent on the ball.
This is what does my nut in with Cafc. At least close down well when out of possession.

That's what Hodgson teams generally always have. Organisation and hard work.

I want a humiliating defeat for Palace, Roy to be sacked, and De Boer brought back to finish what he started.

Not the first or last time you see that !
100 minute matches and you often witness a volta and the 2nd yellow was that today.
Always good to get an away in with the early KO.
