Yup. Chelsea had a great 2nd half too. Villa fell away a bit but had built up enough of a lead to hold on to top 4.
Villa were still only 1 point worse than Spurs in the second half, as Spurs also got worse and they didn't have the excuse of a long run in Europe either.
Arsenal had a great second half of the season, 49 points in 19 games is an excellent return.
As a result of Man U's win, Spurs and Man U will be in the Europa League next season, and Chelsea in the Conference League, which presumably means less revenue than the Europa League place they would otherwise had got?
- Chelsea buys Kellyman off Villa for £20m, despite his valuation being £1m and having played less than 150 mins of professional football.
- Villa signs Lewis Dobbin from Everton for £10m, though his valuation is £2m.
- Everton buys Tim Iroegbunam from Villa for £9m, despite his valuation being £4m.
- Newcastle is attempting similar deals with Everton for Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Yankuba Minteh.
Chelsea, Villa, Everton, and Newcastle need to sell players to stay within financial regulations by June 30th.
Academy players are being sold for inflated fees before the June 30th deadline.... we are know why.
For context highly rated Man United academy prospects like Zidane Iqbal, Teden Mengi, and Hansen have been sold for less than £1m each... (those fees Everton/ Villa are getting is not normal).
Same clubs are finding loopholes around financial regulations again.
Chelsea spends heavily but can offset this by selling assets, offering long contracts, and selling youth players.

Their valuations according to who?
Not a chance that Kellyman is only worth 1m. He's an England youth international, has senior appearances for Villa and is only 18.
Dobbin played a dozen games in the PL last season. You get some league two clubs quoting 2m for players so i don't see how 2m is accurate. Although i do agree 10m seems a bit much.
Iroegbunam is an England youth international and played a full season on loan in the Championship last year. In the current market 4m would be very undervalued, so 9m seems about right.
City have been selling youth players (mostly to Southampton) in recent seasons for 15m+ and no one said a word. Whilst it's pretty obvious these clubs are doing deals to get around FFP (which is currently entirely legal), i think if anything all the above shows is that Man U are absolutely awful in the transfer market.
Those numbers are based off of Transfermarkt which just picks numbers out of thin air. Coventry is our most valuable player at 1.5m on there but May is only 350k, so make of that what you want

Interesting that despite the return of Toney in January, Brentford fared no better with him than when he wasn't there.

To the surprise of no one , Everton's takeover from 777 Partners has collapsed
They also own Roma, and are worth a net £4.8bn
Season starts on 17 August. West Ham's first game outside London is 2 November!

Yamal 90m
Pedri 80m
Palmer 80m
Saliba 80m
Gvardiol 75m
Isak 75m
Trent 70m
Watkins 65m
All complete nonsense. You wouldn't have a hope in hell of signing any of them for those prices.
