    Recruitment and upper management issues every single season.

    Hector in 23/24 form would be eaten alive by this Oxford team.

    Find myself envious of how their team is playing. We have to work really hard to play any kind of football through them, and we’re not able to do it.

    Meanwhile they have a spare man over almost always.

    It’s not a tiredness thing after 30 mins. It’s coaching and player quality.

    It was at Oxford last year that Holden smashed the tactics board.  Think we will need at least a new one of them after today.

    Maybe the problem is that it was never replaced.
