I think the criteria have been changed:

4 - players who have played football higher than League 1 in their careers
4 - players who seem on an upwards curve and may be able to play in a championship squad
8 - mediocre league 1 players or decent  league 2 players worth a punt
12 - youngsters with real promise or players with real skill but injury issues

We've got 2 lots of the 8+8.
It's just the elite 8 now and we're sorted.
