See Kayne and Greg are already back at the training ground. Wish all our players were this dedicated
There are other places that have gyms besides Sparrows Lane you know
    What, with a vegan kitchen?
Can they get an Americano with milk?

Dunno, most of the players I see wandering round David Lloyd kidbrooke seem to be eying up the talent rather than working out

No "always" that is your reflection in the mirror eyeing up the talent
  • Word is that he’s out for around 6 weeks. He is quite inspiring injury prone. The fact he doesn't seem too interested in a contract is peeving me off a bit now.

Probably gets sold in January if it looks like we’re in a good position for survival

So we do have a scouting network.

This is a blow because if we wanted to play a back 5, next week for example, it probably forces us to play Sichenje at RCB.

    How is this a "fact"?

Dont have a problem with Sichenje at RCB... Ramsay is Ramsay, but Collins is better at passing the ball out from the back for example.

He is totally unproven at this level though .

If you discount two appearances for Southampton as an 18 year old, so was Ramsay when he joined us from Harrogate.

Played 6 games last season didn’t look out of place, granted it’s a very small sample but sometimes you only need that before easily being able to identify whether someone has it or not

All I was saying was that it was blow not to have Ramsay for the flexibility of being able to play 5 at the back .
  • Would rather have him than not have him. Not convinced of him at right back, though, he’s much better on the right side in a 3.
  • Mendez says likely to see him in mid/late October.

I’d have been in panic mode if heard that before start of the season. However, now confident we are in good shape with McNamara in that position.

Just have to hope he stays fit now, although worst case we can stick Mesik / Sichenje there

Burke too. With the modern trend of centre backs at full back we’re fairly well stocked
