That was the most concerning press conference yet. I struggled to continue to watch after two minutes. Swap the wins in the cup? Under 21 teams, Bromley, Cambridge and Walsall. This is worrying.3

They need to act now. Why wait? Move quickly and there’s a chance for the new guy to at least get somrthing done in the window. If the’d moved quicker last year ironIcally the whole Dobbo saga could have been avoided, although then again, he’d have pissed off Alfie May by New Years Day, so there’s that.But there’s no way back, is there? We can all see it, we’ve seen it all before, too many times in the last 18 years.13

Did he say that wont happen again, Did he not say the same against Bristol Rovers after we where 3-0 down if I recall correctly.
Would swap the cup wins.. What against reserve league 2 sides? Even Bromley made a ton of changes.
Draw's are no longer useful, if we do not win at Lincoln he needs to go.
While the management is not the sole cause to the position we find ourselves in (Yes Andy Scott) The football we are playing is the worst I have ever seen in my whole life of supporting Charlton.
Even Apples played better football when we was losing every game in the last minute and that is saying something.
