Song of the Swords from Chronicle of the Black Sword by Hawkwind. Sets the whole album up well. And it’s an album that needs to be listened to from start to finish.
Mission Drive from Never Loved Elvis by The Wonder Stuff. Brilliant song brilliant opener.
Ace of Spades from Ace of Spades Motörhead.
Obviously Rock n Roll Star. For me the best seeing as it’s a debut
I wanna get high from Black Sunday by Cypress Hill. Great start to a classic album
2+2=5 from Hail to the Thief by Radiohead. I reckon their best album by a mile.

And a double entry for Pink Floyd; Shine On You Crazy Diamond; the original Parts I-IV on Wish You Were Here and the live version on Pulse.
I'd put Fight Fire With Fire ahead of Battery. Would also go for Beneath The Remains as Sepultura's best opener.
On your metal theme I'd say Angel of Death by Slayer.
Seen a couple mentions of Where The Streets Have No Name and I agree. Plus I saw Ternana in Serie B come out to that a couple of months ago.
Some good shouts there. Sepultura had a real run of opening their albums with killer tracks; Beneath the Remains Arise Refuse/Resist Roots Bloody Roots
feels Like Teen Spirit, Nirvana, Nevermind Roots Bloody Roots, Seplultura All My Life, Foo Fighters Enter Sandman, Metallica Knives, Therapy, Troublegum

My personal favourite is probably How The West Was Won (And Where It Got Us) by R.E.M. on New Adventures In Hi-Fi.
