So why can we now know but before we could not?

Any rationale for this when it’s usually defended as player confidentiality/ gives the opposition news they should not have?

A little out of ‘ordinary’ to reveal this.
Probably coz I told everybody on here what’s what - if it was a secret surely mg wouldn’t have told my sister in law - no fuss
@MillwallFan was aware of this as well ;)

If Godden is having another procedure in 2 weeks time we are unlikely to see him until March.

This must mean we have to sign a striker in Jan. And I mean a proper striker, not a Premier League kid on loan or another free agent that hasnt played for 6 months. A proper bone fide striker who can score enough goals to keep us up.

i don't think he's having a procedure in 2 weeks time - he's had it and his having a follow up with the surgeon to get sign off to start playing again

Question is who? If we went down that road.

Ryan Hardie - wants to leave Wrexham - couldn’t think of anyone better, we should be all over getting him to join and making him feel special again as our no. 1 striker.

Much missed and not far off now. Will get his minutes in and fingers crossed back in that starting eleven. Like Berry has the experience and intelligence to make the right runs to give himself goalscoring opportunities
Berry? Didn't we once have a Berry play for us before his legs went?

Doubt we have another 5M in the bank or a spare 20k+ in wages. Also reckon the board won’t be too happy if we suddenly sack off Kelman after they spent 3M on him 6 months ago

Kelman’s got himself into good areas and had a few decent digs, he’s just not looked fully confident yet. The moment he finally gets off the mark, he gets injured, classic Charlton luck. But honestly, there’s enough in what he’s shown to make me think he can step up to Championship level. He just needs a proper run with a defined strike partner.

I don’t think he’s got himself in good areas often enough. He’s had very few shots compared to TC for example.

Hopefully it’s his adapting to a new team, and the team adapting to him. Believe most of his goals last season were scored in the second half of the season, it’s not too late for him to improve this season.

Certainly not in the last few weeks, that's for sure.

Ok - this is so rare for the club to publicly talk about an injured player. We havent had heavy rain for ages so I am guessing that was a way back.

Really feels like the first league game after Chelsea we could... 'could' have him back on the bench.

With Edwards seemingly close as well, this could be huge.

Now there’s a video that’s good to see

Great to have him back, for his experience, the way he can help Kelman, and hopefully a goal or two or three off the bench this season

Delighted for him sounds a painful process for him the last few months, I’m not expecting him to be the saviour of our season but it’s still great news anyway

Absolutely huge to have him back. Really great insight from Adam too about the rehab process.

Not sure he'll make the bench Saturday but back for Sheffield United would be enormous.

Bang out of line. He might be a spanner, but he is also one of the fairest and decent people on this forum from my experience.
Yes. Exactly.  He's a decent bloke.

Would expect Ramsay back for that as well as he was only a couple of weeks post Pompey. Get a couple in and we really can be well set.

Maybe Edwards' recovery is why we havent gone hell for leather to get a prem U21 loan in.

With the music bed that video has an epic film trailer vibe.
