Depends on how settled Doc and his family are
I can't see Bromley or AFC Wimbledon having the money to pay him, unless he takes a huge cut and does it just for the love of the game
I'm not sure Leyton Orient need him, they have a lot of midfielders on the books already
Oxford, Wycombe, Reading, Stevenage and Luton are probably commutable without relocating, could he end up at one of those?

Traditionally footballers say ‘play as long as you can’ (a reason why Kevin Lisbie is so admirable) because you’re a long time retired.
I really hope that very soon Greg gets fixed up and continues playing. A waste otherwise.
Born near Glasgow, early career at Hamilton Academical, I suspect at only 29 there are clubs there in Scotland willing to take him, or if he is settled around here I really hope a credible club (as in not Gillingham!) would offer him a gig.
He will be remembered very fondly by us Charltonians.

Docherty has been linked with a return to the Scottish Premiership and Aberdeen boss Stephen Robinson has hinted at the prospect of dipping into the free agency market.
It's been a busy summer at Pittodrie with more than a dozen arrivals and deaprtures, and yet central midfield is still an area that seemingly requires fine tuning.
Docherty could provide direct competition for Toyosi Olusanya while strengthening Robinson's midfield options. The 29-year-old is not the playmaker the Dons perhaps crave, but his skillset would enable Aberdeen to move the ball forward quicker.

Sheffield Wednesday rounded off their summer rebuild with the impressive signing of Davis Keillor-Dunn from Wrexham, but the club's extensive injury list means they're almost certain to dip into the free agent market to bulk their squad.
Henrik Pedersen confirmed they're still scouring for new players and a player of Docherty's calibre would be a huge boost to Wednesday's promotion chances.
Defensive additions are seemingly a priority for the Owls at present, but Docherty should be an affordable option who strengthens Wednesday's midfield options and eases the burden on the ageing Barry Bannan.
Burton Albion
It feels as though Gary Bowyer has his hands tied following a difficult end to the transfer window which witnessed star forward Tyrese Shade join Portsmouth.
Burton Albion certainly need further reinforcements if the Brewers are to defy the odds and avoid League One relegation, and central midfield is one key area that could benefit from Docherty's experience.
The question is whether Burton's finances align with Docherty's demands, and if the former Scotland U21 international can be convinced the east Staffordshire outfit matches his ambitions.

Traditionally, ever since 2010/11 (and you could argue it cursed BWP too but it just took a while to set in), it has been worn by one of our absolute worst players. Our most recent 10s in reverse before Doc have been Fraser, Morgan, Aneke, Josh Parker, Billy Clarke, Ajose, Ceballos, Moussa and Sordell. You can guarantee they've never been to a game in their lives but have spent a lot of time on Football Manager, or the like.
And the most ironic thing is, they're almost always of an age where the roles they are talking about are never played by people wearing those shirt numbers these days - shirt numbers are in the 20s and 30s!4 -
