I can't wait for Leaburn to return.
I hear Carl's lost a bit of pace but has bulked up a bit.
So have I, but I am in my 60s.
  • KR at it again ...

First he blocks a cross, then manages to get the ball before it goes out for a Millers throw, sidesteps the attacker before launching it out of the danger area.

Ahadme just tracked a runner from, practically, box to box, runs back up field and wins a free kick.

Rotherham down our right, great tackle (from Ramsay?) wins the ball and we come forward. Ahadme pulled down and we get a free kick.

Oh myyyy Mannion with a lucky leg save. Completely missed how that even came about

Ugh that was out of nowhere. Nombe’s deflected shot is blocked by the legs of Mannion and away

If Ahadme had taken that chance you’d say he was having a pretty good game but a bad miss like that rather undermines everything else. It’s particularly frustrating as it was all us for the opening 10 to 15 mins but you feel Rotherham are now up to speed and in the game a bit more. So important to take your chances while you’re on top and they don’t get much better than the one Ahadme missed.

Erk, Rotherham down our left, bit of a defensive mixup between Small and Gillesphy , Mannion spills the shot but we manage to clear.

I'll say one thing for Ahadme, he has an incredible engine on him, up and down and across the field like anything, and never looks out of breath after doing so

Looking at the replay it's a good save by Mannion. Slight deflection made it awkward.

We seem to be getting better in attack but worse at the back.

Golfie's probably on his second box of Kleenex.

Rotherham down our left again, get the ball into the box, but we manage to clear, Ahadme feels he was pulled down but gets nothing.

Wilks shoots from distance. Mannion saves
  • Always feels like whenever we play a Steve Evans side we get a ref who forgets his whistle.

2/3 times they’ve played a ball in the gap between Small and MG, clearly something they’ve identified

Rotherham have a pop from just outside the D, Mannion parries a bit harder than maybe he meant too, but manages to collect.
  • Ahadme just looks like he’s playing on ice

Rotherham starting to get in control a bit too much last few minutes.

We need to get, and, hold the ball and settle down.

Rotherham passing it about in midfield, but getting pushed back to Philips.
  • At this rate, I wonder if the referee will be happy to just forget that we started ten mins late

The ref brought his whistle but Evans nicked it for his sandwich.

Pumped forward by Philips again, but we head clear.

Coventry has a lot of strings to his bow, but I'm unconvinced a killer through ball is one of them, seems to lose possession every time he tries one
