  • Genuine question, does anyone know what the game plan is here? How have we set up to win the game?

I haven't got a clue. This absolutely woeful. It's been punt it forward to no one, pass to the opposition or pass it out of play so far.

There is no press, no movement in front of the ball and lack of pace and guile in midfield is frightening.

Yes we have injuries, but we are going backwards imo. Getting worse and worse each week.
    Grind. Grind. Grind.

Go 1-0 up from a set piece or after a high press.

    Grind some more.

Bring on Hylton for some “tomfoolery”.

    Grind. Full time 1-0.

We really need to fuck Campbell off,hes a poor excuse of a footballer, just crap every game
He's a defensive midfielder, he shouldn't be playing advanced, it's mental. It's like playing Coventry up there

Can't reward him for being shit

  • Gillesphey so close to an OG
  • Their number 4 has got lovely flowing locks when he runs at pace
  • Magennis should have scored there
  • Lucky! Lucky us.

We don't have a game plan apart from hoofing it forward & hoping 6ft 6 Leaburn gets his head on it.

We don't have any wide or tricky players that we could give the ball to who can then create anything......players like Rak Saki or Blackett Taylor. Nor do we have creative midfielders who can jink past a couple of players & shoot.....like Andy Reid, Aribo or Ricky Holmes.

    Very poor.

I refuse to believe Luton were this bad to watch under Jones. If this is a genuine tactical set up to absorb this much pressure and pinch a win, surely they were better than this?
They scored seven goals more than anyone else when they won this Division under Jones - Its baffling!!

  • Falling asleep watching us in League One.

    What a miserable sentence.

We do seem to have the ability of starting games well, but quickly loose the momentum, same again today so far, very static midfield and Leaburn trying to play the game single handed
  • There’s only so many times we can start a midfield 4 that includes Campbell and docherty in the advanced roles with it not working at all before it start to look like poor management.
  • What’s the betting AMB has managed to get concussed here?
  • AMB nowhere near that at all.
  • Their number 4 has got lovely flowing locks when he runs at pace
    Steady on.
  • Crawley 1-0 Huddersfield
  • Don’t think I’ve seen a half of football where a team has struggled to keep the ball in play as much as us today.
  • Nathan Jones really wants the Luton job.

I don’t think they played pretty football, but they had Shinnie and Lee in midfield, we know they weren’t pure work horses.

And no-one among us will get time off for good behaviour...
  • Posh 4-0
  • Old problems are resurfacing at an alarming rate. In recent weeks it’s been the lapses in concentration. Today we’re back to being unable to clear our lines and getting caught in possession constantly, particularly when trying to pass out from the back.

This is every bit as poor as anything Appleton served up. The injuries don’t help, of course, but adding TC, Ramsay, and Jones back in doesn’t suddenly make this a good team, imo.

Long way to go this season, we’ll give it a go.
  • AMB back up and seems to be ok
